We endeavour to reply to your query within 1 to 2 working days.
 

Delivery

We aim to get your product to your door in 2 - 7 days, subject to location.
 If you have not received your product within 10 days please contact our customer services team.
We deliver to all. Even to your work place, shops, restaurants, Hotels. No problem.

We deliver only to the Maltese islands.

 

Availability

All orders are accepted subject to stock availability. Where you have ordered several products and not all are in stock, we may send you the products which are available; we will send the remainder of your order as soon as the stock becomes available.

If the goods ordered are out of stock, we will contact you within 30 days from the day after your order was placed. If the goods are coming back into stock, we will propose a new delivery date when it is possible.

 

Value Added Tax (VAT)

 All prices listed and shown are inclusive of VAT.

 

Ways to pay

VISION LINE customers must be 18 years of age or over.

 

At the point of order no payment is to be done. Payment follows when purchase item is delivered by our official delivery person to your home. Payments by cash or Cheque payable to: Vision Line

 

Right to Cancel

If for some reason you wish to cancel your order which is not yet delivered kindly call our customer service team on 00356 2144 9723 – 00356 2744 9723.

There is no charge for cancellation, as long as item is not delivered.

If item is delivered then please follow the returns procedure detailed below.

For reasons of hygiene, safety and copyright, we cannot refund or exchange the following products unless they are faulty: pillows, personal grooming products, cosmetics, CD, DVD, tapes or other recording media, software or videos.

 

Cancellation & Returns

Provided the goods are returned in Good condition and NOT USED we will issue a refund. This applies only during the 15 days cooling off period.
 

 

Fifteen days cooling off period applies only to Distance shopping (purchasing on line or order from TV slot)

This does not apply if items are purchased from our outlet.
 

Statutory Rights

To obtain a refund, you must return the goods to us in the same condition as they arrived. Packed and sealed. And present our delivery note given to you on delivery.

 

Safety Advice

For your own safety we recommend that you read carefully all safety information printed either on the packaging, or in any leaflets that may be included with the product. For electrical products always check the power cable and plug for any signs of damage. Always consult a qualified electrician and never attempt to repair any product yourself.

Every effort has been made to ensure that the information supplied is correct at the time of going to press.
